Net Framework ဆိုတာ Windows Program ေတြ လည္ပတ္တဲ့ေနရာမွာ အေရးပါတဲ့ Program လမ္းေတြရဲ႕ ထိန္းေက်ာင္းလမ္းၫႊန္မႈဇံုျဖစ္ပါတယ္ဗ်ာ Program ေတြရဲ႕ အနိမ့္အျမင့္ေျပာင္းလဲမႈနဲ႔ စနစ္ရဲ႕ လံုၿခံဳေရးဆိုင္ရာ Command ေတြေၾကာင့္ Windows System ေတြထဲမွာ Net framework version အမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳး လိုအပ္လာပါတယ္ဗ်ာ လြန္ခဲ့တဲ့ႏွစ္အနည္းငယ္ေလာက္အထိ ဒီျပႆနာရဲ႕ အ႐ိုက္အခတ္ သိပ္မရွိခဲ့ေပမယ့္ ဒီေန႔ေခတ္ ထြက္ေပၚလာတဲ့ Program ေတြမွာေတာ့ Net framework ရဲ႕ Version အနိမ့္အျမင့္ဆိုင္ရာ ျပႆနာဟာ ေတာ္ေတာ္ေလး သိသာထင္ရွားတဲ့ ေကာင္းက်ိဳးဆိုးက်ိဳးေတြအျဖစ္ ႀကံဳေတြ႕လာရၿပီ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္ဗ်ာ ဒါေၾကာင့္လည္း ဒီႏွစ္ပိုင္းအတြင္းမွာ Update အျဖစ္ဆံုး ေဆာ့၀ဲေတြကို Install လုပ္တဲ့အခါ Net Framework 4.5 မရွိတဲ့အတြက္ Program ေဟာ Install လုပ္လို႔မရတာေတြ Install လုပ္လို႔ရေပမယ့္ အဆင္ေျပေျပသံုးလို႔မရပဲ System ရဲ႕ျမန္ဆန္သြက္လက္မႈကို ပ်က္စီးေစတာေတြ ဗ်ာ ဒီပို႔စ္မွာေတာ့ အဲဒီလိုျပႆနာမ်ိဳးႀကံဳလာတဲ့ သူငယ္ခ်င္းေတြအတြက္ အလြယ္တကူ ရွာေဖြႏိုင္ေအာင္ Microsoft NET Framework 4.5.3 Beta /Microsoft NET Framework 4.5.2  ကို တင္ေပးထားပါတယ္ဗ်ာ

This is an offline installer. There are separate installers for web and offline installation.
